The invention discloses a hoisting node of an FPSO (floating production storage and offloading) upper module, the hoisting node of the FPSO upper module comprises a cross beam and a main hoisting point plate, the main hoisting point plate is vertically inserted on the cross beam, a stand column is connected below the cross beam, the stand column and the main hoisting point plate are located on the same straight line, a lateral reinforcing rib plate is connected between the main hoisting point plate and the cross beam; inclined strut inserting plates are connected between the cross beams and the stand columns, inclined struts are connected to the inclined strut inserting plates, longitudinal beams are connected to the cross beams in an inserted mode, and one ends of the longitudinal beams are connected with the main lifting point plates so that the upper module can be integrally lifted. According to the hoisting node of the FPSO upper module, the main hoisting point plate is inserted into the cross beam, so that the connecting node can overcome the defects of difficulty caused by welding of a round pipe and profile steel, node stress dispersion and difficulty in installation caused by complex arrangement of a supporting rib plate, and standardized design and installation of the hoisting node of the FPSO upper module are facilitated. The standardized hoisting node library of the ocean platform is formed, rapid development of an oil field is promoted, and the oil field development cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种FPSO上部模块的吊装节点,该FPSO上部模块的吊装节点包括横梁和主吊点板,主吊点板沿竖向插接在横梁上,横梁下方连接有立柱,立柱与主吊点板位于同一直线上,主吊点板与横梁之间连接有侧向加强筋板,横梁与立柱之间连接斜撑插入板,斜撑插入板上连接有斜撑,横梁插接有纵梁,纵梁一端与主吊点板连接,以对上部模块整体吊装。本发明提供的FPSO上部模块的吊装节点通过在横梁上插接主吊点板,使该连接节点能够克服圆管与型钢焊接带来的困难,使节点应力分散,并避免支撑筋板设置复杂,而带来安装困难等缺陷,有利于FPSO上部模块吊装节点的标准化设计和安装。本申请利于形成海洋平台标准化吊装节点库,推动油田快速开发,节省油田开发成本。
