The invention relates to the technical field of cabin door pull rods of aircraft tail booms, and particularly discloses a cabin door pull rod mechanism which comprises a length-adjustable cabin door pull rod, a cabin door connecting piece capable of axially rotating is axially mounted at one end of the cabin door pull rod, and a pull rod connector is hinged to the other end of the cabin door pull rod. A tail boom connecting piece capable of axially rotating is mounted at the lower part of the pull rod joint, and is fixedly connected with a tail boom of the airplane; the cabin door connecting piece is fixedly connected with a cabin door of the airplane. The opening and closing states of the cabin door are adjusted by forming a simple four-connecting-rod structure together with the airplane cabin door and the tail boom, the structure not only can realize various motion forms such as steering, stretching and rotating, but also can efficiently realize conversion of various motion forms, and the requirements of most complex mechanical motion of a mechanical system are met; and compared with some complex mechanical transmission devices, the structure is simple, parts are few, so that the parts are relatively easy to maintain and replace, and the maintenance difficulty and cost are reduced.

    本发明涉及飞机尾撑的舱门拉杆技术领域,具体公开了一种舱门拉杆机构,包括能够调节长度的舱门拉杆,所述舱门拉杆一端轴向安装有能够轴向转动的舱门连接件,另一端铰接有拉杆接头,所述拉杆接头的下部安装有能够轴向转动的尾撑连接件,所述尾撑连接件与飞机的尾撑固定连接;所述舱门连接件与飞机的舱门固定连接。本发明通过与飞机舱门和尾撑共同形成简单的四连杆结构来调节舱门的开启和关闭状态,这种结构不仅可以实现转向、伸缩、旋转等多种运动形式,还可以高效率实现多种运动形式的转换,满足机械系统大部分复杂机械运动的需求,相对于一些复杂的机械传动装置,结构简单、零部件少,因此维修和更换零部件相对容易,降低维护难度和成本。
