The invention provides a train operation adjusting method and device in a rain and snow mode. The method comprises the steps that a target running gear of a next whole-line train in the rain and snow mode is obtained; wherein the rain and snow mode comprises a plurality of driving gears, and different driving gears correspond to different train operation data; predicting an operation plan of the train according to the target driving gear based on a train operation adjustment model to obtain a target operation plan so as to guide the train to operate in a rain and snow mode; the train operation adjustment model is constructed by taking the arrival time of each train, the departure time of each train and the running gear of each train as state variables and taking the minimum passenger riding waiting time and the minimum train operation cost as objective functions; the train operation cost comprises train energy cost and train maintenance cost. According to the method, the driving efficiency and safety of the whole-line train in the rain and snow mode are improved.

    本发明提供一种雨雪模式下的列车运行调整方法及装置,该方法包括:获取下全线列车在雨雪模式下的目标行车档位;其中,雨雪模式包括多个行车档位,不同的行车档位对应不同的列车运行数据;基于列车运行调整模型根据目标行车档位对列车的运行计划进行预测,得到目标运行计划,以指导列车在雨雪模式下运行;列车运行调整模型通过以各列车的到站时间、各列车出站时间、各列车的行车档位为状态变量,以最小化乘客乘车等待时间和最小化列车运营成本作为目标函数构建得到;列车运营成本包括列车能源成本和列车维护成本。本发明所述方法提高了全线列车在雨雪模式下的行车效率和安全性。
