The invention discloses a solid-state hydrogen storage fuel cell forklift system and a fault diagnosis method thereof, a galvanic pile, a solid-state hydrogen storage module, an air supply system, a cooling system and an electrical system, provides a modular hierarchical management and active and passive fault processing method, and comprehensively considers different damages of different fault levels to a fuel cell system. A method of combining an active intervention mode and a passive processing mode is adopted to diagnose and process possible faults of the system. Various problems possibly occurring in the operation process of the whole solid-state hydrogen storage fuel cell forklift system are comprehensively considered. And meanwhile, a modular hierarchical management method and an active and passive fault processing method are adopted, so that safe and reliable operation of the fuel cell system can be guaranteed. The service life of the solid-state hydrogen storage fuel cell forklift system can be prolonged, the operation reliability of the system is improved, the system failure rate is reduced, and the use waiting time of customers is shortened.

    本发明公开了一种固态储氢燃料电池叉车系统及其故障诊断方法,电堆、固态储氢模块、空气供给系统、冷却系统、电气系统,提出了模块化分级管理及主被动故障处理方法,综合考虑了不同故障等级对燃料电池系统的不同危害,采用主动干预和被动处理两种模式结合的方法对系统可能出现的故障进行诊断与处理。全面考虑了整个固态储氢燃料电池叉车系统运行过程中可能出现的各种问题。同时采用模块化分级管理方法以及主被动的故障处理方法,可以用于保障燃料电池系统安全可靠运行。本发明可提升固态储氢燃料电池叉车系统的寿命,提升其运行的可靠性,降低系统故障率,减少客户使用等待时间。
