The hybrid power driving system comprises an engine, a first motor, a first connection and disconnection device, a planetary gear mechanism, a second motor, a first shaft, a second shaft, an intermediate shaft, an intermediate shaft gear, a main reduction driving gear, a main reduction driven gear, a motor driving gear, a parking gear and a differential mechanism. The vehicle can be parked by locking the parking gear; the planetary gear mechanism comprises a sun gear, a planet gear, a planet carrier and a gear ring, the first shaft is connected between a rotor of the first motor and the sun gear, the engine is connected with the planet carrier, and a gear ring outer gear meshed with the intermediate shaft gear is arranged on the gear ring; the first connecting and disconnecting device is connected between the sun gear and the static component and used for selectively connecting or disconnecting the sun gear and the static component. According to the hybrid power driving system, EPB abrasion can be reduced, and therefore the potential safety hazards of vehicle braking are eliminated.
