Comprising a hub cover and a signal acquisition module, a plurality of mounting tables are arranged at the end of the hub cover, the mounting tables are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the hub cover, and piezoelectric energy harvesting parts are arranged in the mounting tables; the signal acquisition module is arranged on the hub cover and is electrically connected with the piezoelectric energy harvesting component; the signal collection module is used for collecting tire vibration information in the automobile driving process so as to extract characteristic parameters based on the tire vibration information and monitor the state of a tire through the characteristic parameters. Energy is collected through rotation of the tire in the vehicle running process, meanwhile, the energy is stored and used for detecting the health state of the tire through the sensor, the vibration sensor is used for collecting the vibration information of the tire, the health state of the tire is monitored based on the vibration information of the tire, and the problem that existing tire abnormity cannot be found in time is solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于压电俘能轮毂盖的汽车轮胎健康状态监测系统及方法,属于汽车健康监测技术领域。包括轮毂盖和信号采集模块,轮毂盖的端部设置有多个安装台,安装台沿轮毂盖的圆周方向均匀分布,安装台内设置有压电俘能部件;信号采集模块设置于轮毂盖,且与压电俘能部件电连接;信号采集模块用于采集汽车行驶过程中的轮胎振动信息,以基于轮胎振动信息提取特征参数,通过特征参数监测轮胎的状态。在车辆行驶的过程中通过轮胎的旋转采集能量,同时将该能量储存并用于传感器对轮胎健康状态的检测,利用振动传感器对车胎振动信息进行采集,基于车胎振动信息进行轮胎健康状态监测,解决了现有轮胎异常发现不及时的问题。
