The invention discloses an aircraft co-simulation integrated development system and an operation method. The aircraft co-simulation integrated development system comprises a concept scene development module, a demand modeling management module, a system structure modeling module, a multidisciplinary optimization module and a simulation deduction verification module. The concept scene development module inputs a flight task and executes a scene scenario scheme of confrontation environment construction simulation associated with the flight task; the demand modeling management module decomposes a scene scenario scheme into modeling requirements of multiple single subjects, and inputs the modeling requirements into the system structure modeling module according to the subjects; each piece of single-subject modeling software of the system structure modeling module receives a corresponding modeling requirement and executes single-subject design modeling; the multidisciplinary optimization module is used for integrating the single-disciplinary modeling models of the disciplines to generate a unified multidisciplinary model; and the simulation deduction verification module receives the input flight task, the multidisciplinary model of the aircraft and the scene scenario scheme to execute task simulation exercise.
