The invention provides a road network impact assessment method considering urban agglomeration emergency impact. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring urban road network data of a to-be-researched area; calculating the travel volume between the traffic cells, and calculating daily travel spatio-temporal data; establishing a workday 24-hour urban traffic simulation model; simulating the bearing and running speed of a road section in an urban agglomeration road system before an emergency; establishing an emergency simulation layer; analyzing changes of bearing and running speeds of road sections in the urban agglomeration road network when and after emergencies occur; and the influence on the structure and the function of the urban agglomeration road system after the emergency is evaluated. The behavior of route reselection of heterogeneous vehicles in a large-scale urban agglomeration road traffic system under emergencies is simulated from the microscopic perspective, the influence of emergencies is quantified, meanwhile, system operation parameters are verified by using Baidu map big data, the rationality of evaluation is ensured, and the evaluation accuracy is improved. The method is of great significance to policy making and emergency management of a traffic department.

    本发明提供一种考虑城市群突发事件影响的道路网络影响评估方法,包括如下步骤:获取待研究区域的城市道路网络数据;计算交通小区之间的出行量,计算日出行时空数据;建立工作日24小时城市交通仿真模型;模拟突发事件前城市群道路系统中路段的承载和运行速度;建立突发事件仿真层;分析突发事件发生时以及发生后城市群道路网络中路段的承载和运行速度的变化;评估突发事件后城市群道路系统结构和功能所受的影响。从微观的角度模拟在突发事件下的大型城市群道路交通系统中异质车辆的重新选择路线的行为,量化突发事件的影响,同时利用百度地图大数据对系统运行参数进行校验,确保评估的合理性,对交通部门的政策制定以及应急管理具有重要意义。
