The BCU receives a brake work instruction in real time, judges the brake work instruction, outputs a stop valve control signal and switches on pressure supply of a brake pressure servo valve; meanwhile, the BCU outputs control current of a brake pressure servo valve, and the brake pressure servo valve outputs corresponding brake pressure for braking; in the braking process, when an airplane wheel is in a deep slipping state or a main valve element of the brake pressure servo valve is blocked and consequently the pressure of a port B of the brake pressure servo valve cannot be relieved, the BCU does not output a stop valve control signal, the valve element of the stop valve returns to the initial position, the port B of the brake pressure servo valve is directly communicated with an oil return port R of the hydraulic system, and the purpose of rapid pressure relief of the hydraulic system is achieved.
本申请飞机机轮刹车快速泄压的方法及系统,通过在刹车压力伺服阀与液压系统之间设置切断阀,在刹车压力伺服阀与液压系统之间设置切断阀,刹车压力伺服阀和切断阀与BCU电连接。BCU实时接收刹车工作指令,并进行判断,输出切断阀控制信号,接通刹车压力伺服阀的供压;同时,BCU输出刹车压力伺服阀的控制电流,刹车压力伺服阀输出相应的刹车压力,进行刹车;刹车过程中,在机轮处于深打滑或者刹车压力伺服阀主阀芯卡死导致刹车压力伺服阀的B口无法泄压时,BCU不输出切断阀控制信号,切断阀阀芯回到初始位置,使刹车压力伺服阀B口直接与液压系统回油口R连通,达到液压系统快速泄压的目的。
