The shell is provided with first cooling fans matched with the installation grids in number, the first cooling fans are arranged on the shell in a penetrating mode, the back air openings of the first cooling fans face the installation grids, the air outlets of the first cooling fans face the outer side of the shell, and smoke alarms are further arranged on the sides, facing the installation grids, of the first cooling fans. A mounting base is further arranged at the position, where the first cooling fan is located, of the inner wall of the shell, a through groove communicated with the interior of the mounting base is formed in the side, facing the mounting grid, of the mounting base, and an inflation dry powder bag is arranged in the mounting base and abuts against the first cooling fan and the through groove at the same time. Compared with the prior art, accurate fire extinguishing and fire spreading prevention can be realized when a fire disaster occurs, and secondary damage of the fire extinguishing agent to an undamaged circuit is avoided.
