本发明公开了基于时空交通流预测的充电站负荷不确定性量化方法,该方法包括从道路两侧的传感器节点收集交通流数据,包括交通流量数据和车流平均速度数据;构建基于分位数时空网络的交通流不确定性预测模型,并利用该模型和交通流数据进行交通流量不确定性的预测;考虑到充电站充电电价、交通流量及道路拥堵因素,构建改进的充电站排队模型,将交通流量的不确定性预测结果转化为充电站负荷的不确定性结果。本发明充分挖掘了交通流数据的时空耦合特征,有效地提升了交通流量不确定性预测的准确率,另一方面,本发明综合考虑了交通流量、充电电价等因素对于充电站负荷的影响,进一步提高了充电站负荷不确定性预测的精度。
The invention discloses a charging station load uncertainty quantification method based on space-time traffic flow prediction, and the method comprises the steps: collecting traffic flow data from sensor nodes at two sides of a road, including traffic flow data and traffic flow average speed data; constructing a traffic flow uncertainty prediction model based on the quantile space-time network, and predicting the traffic flow uncertainty by using the model and the traffic flow data; considering the charging electricity price, traffic flow and road congestion factors of the charging station, an improved charging station queuing model is constructed, and the uncertainty prediction result of the traffic flow is converted into the uncertainty result of the load of the charging station.
