The invention relates to the technical field of automobile part structures, in particular to a rear suspension hub motor wheel edge integrated structure, an assembling method and an automobile. Comprising a rim, a hub motor, a rear suspension and a brake, and the rim is of a hollow annular structure; the hub motor is located on the inner side of the rim and comprises an outer rotor shell fixed to the end, away from the vehicle body, of the rim and a stator shell arranged on the outer rotor shell. One end, close to a vehicle body, of the stator shell is positioned on the axial inner side of a rim; the rear suspension comprises a joint head fixedly connected with the end, close to the vehicle body, of the stator shell. The brake comprises brake calipers fixedly connected with the joint head and a brake disc connected with one end, close to the automobile body, of the outer rotor shell. According to the rear suspension hub motor wheel edge integration structure, the hub motor is completely integrated in the rim, enough assembly space is reserved for the wheel edge, arrangement of a rear suspension and a pipeline is facilitated, meanwhile, a plurality of connectors are reserved, and assembly of the rear suspension and the pipeline is greatly facilitated.

    本发明涉及汽车零部件结构技术领域,具体地指一种后悬架轮毂电机轮边集成结构、装配方法及汽车。包括轮辋、轮毂电机、后悬架和制动器,所述轮辋为中空环状结构;所述轮毂电机处于轮辋内侧,包括固定在轮辋远离车身一端的外转子壳体以及设置于外转子壳体上的定子壳体;所述定子壳体靠近车身的一端处于轮辋轴向内侧;所述后悬架包括与定子壳体靠近车身一端固连的关节头;所述制动器包括与关节头固连的制动卡钳以及与外转子壳体靠近车身一端连接的制动盘。本申请的后悬架轮毂电机轮边集成结构将轮毂电机完全集成在轮辋内部,为轮边预留足够的装配空间,方便后悬架和管线的布置,同时预留了多个接口,极大程度方便了后悬架和管线的装配。
