According to the tractor tire pressure adjusting method for soil compaction and reduction, the current tire pressure and the current grounding pressure of an agricultural machine are dynamically obtained every set time interval, and the current compaction degree is further calculated; a compaction degree error is calculated according to the set ideal compaction degree and the current compaction degree, whether the absolute value of the compaction degree error is larger than a set threshold value or not is judged, if the absolute value of the compaction degree error is larger than the set threshold value, the tire pressure adjustment amount is calculated according to the compaction degree error, the target tire pressure is calculated according to the tire pressure adjustment amount, and the tire pressure is adjusted to the target tire pressure; if the absolute value of the compaction degree error is smaller than a set threshold value, the current tire pressure is kept; according to the method, the tire pressure can be dynamically adjusted, so that the tire pressure can be kept in the optimal compaction state under different field conditions, and the working efficiency of agricultural machinery is improved while the soil structure is protected.

    本发明提出的一种面向土壤压实消减的拖拉机胎压调节方法,每间隔设定时间动态获取农用机械当前胎压和农用机械当前接地压力,并进一步计算当前压实度;根据设定的理想压实度和当前压实度计算得到压实度误差,判断压实度误差的绝对值是否大于设定阈值,若压实度误差的绝对值大于设定阈值则根据压实度误差计算胎压调整量,并根据胎压调整量计算目标胎压,将胎压调整至目标胎压;若压实度误差的绝对值小于设定阈值则保持当前胎压;该方法能够实现对胎压的动态调节使其在不同田间条件下均能保持最佳的压实状态,从而在保护土壤结构的同时提升农用机械的作业效率。
