The invention provides a battery heating method, a battery heating system and a vehicle. The method is applied to a vehicle control unit in a battery heating system of a vehicle, the battery heating system further comprises a motor, a compressor and a compressor, the vehicle control unit is in communication connection with the motor and the compressor, and a refrigerant is used for heat conduction; the method comprises the steps that under the condition that it is determined that a battery pack of a vehicle is heated, the current state information and the environment temperature of the vehicle are determined; a locked-rotor strategy is determined according to the environment temperature and the state information, the locked-rotor strategy is used for controlling target locked-rotor objects in the battery heating system to enter a locked-rotor mode, and the target locked-rotor objects are one or more of a motor and a compressor; and controlling the target locked-rotor object to enter a locked-rotor mode according to the locked-rotor strategy, so that the refrigerant carries heat generated by the target locked-rotor object in the locked-rotor mode to the battery pack to heat the battery pack. The battery pack can be heated in a low-temperature environment without installing a heating element.
