The invention discloses a coding method throughout the full life cycle of a helicopter, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: step 1, introducing ATA 100 chapter and segment number codes into coding, and identifying systems to which pattern codes, file codes and airborne product codes belong through the chapter and segment codes; step 2, introducing partner codes or acceptor codes into the codes so as to quickly identify partners or acceptor units to which the codes belong; wherein corresponding coding forms are respectively formulated for the pattern code, the file code, the file code of the airborne product and the product part number code of the airborne product, so that the coding content runs through the whole life cycle of design, manufacturing, test flight, use and maintenance of the helicopter; the pattern codes comprise a general pattern code, a repair pattern code and a repair pattern code/test piece pattern code. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the problem that the stage of the helicopter using the three-section coding is difficult to indicate due to the fact that the classification of components, file types and the like is coarse and the coding intuition is poor in the existing three-section coding is solved.

    本发明公开一种贯穿直升机全生命周期的编码方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤1,在编码中引入ATA 100章节段号代码,通过章节段代码识别图样编码、文件编码、机载产品编码的所属系统;步骤2,在编码中引入合作方代码或承制方代码,以迅速识别编码所属合作方或承制单位;其中,通过对图样编码、文件编码、机载产品的文件编码、机载产品的产品件号编码分别制定相应的编码形式,使得编码内容贯穿直升机设计、制造、试飞、使用、维修的全生命周期;所述图样编码包括通用图样编码、返修图样编码、修理图样编码/试验件图样编码。本发明的技术方案解决了现有三段式编码,由于部组件以及文件种类等分类较粗、且编码的直观性较差,从而导致难以表明使用该三段式编码的直升机所处阶段的问题。
