The invention discloses a dynamic characteristic simulation analysis method for a helicopter control device, and the method comprises the steps: 1, building a simplified dynamic model for a to-be-checked part according to the actual structure of the helicopter control device; 2, determining a connection form of a to-be-checked component and a peripheral structure, and constraining a separation surface of the to-be-checked component and the peripheral structure in the simplified dynamic model; determining a connection form between internal structures of a to-be-checked component, and constraining a separation surface of the internal structures of the to-be-checked component in the simplified dynamic model; and step 3, performing simulation analysis on the simplified dynamic model added with the separation surface constraint by adopting a finite element simulation analysis mode, calculating the dynamic characteristics of the helicopter control device, and obtaining the inherent frequency and the vibration mode of the to-be-checked component through analysis. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the problems of long test period, high test manpower and cost and the like caused by the fact that a dynamic characteristic test can be carried out only after the test meets the installation requirement, the test process is tedious and data analysis is needed in the later stage in a traditional dynamic characteristic analysis mode for the helicopter control device are solved.
本发明公开一种直升机操纵装置的动特性仿真分析方法,包括:步骤1,根据直升机操纵装置实际结构,建立针对待校核部件的简化动力学模型;步骤2,确定待校核部件与周边结构连接形式,对所述简化动力学模型中待校核部件与周边结构的分离面进行约束;确定待校核部件内部结构之间连接形式,对所述简化动力学模型中待校核部件内部结构的分离面进行约束;步骤3,采用有限元仿真分析方式对加入分离面约束的简化动力学模型进行仿真分析,计算出直升机操纵装置的动特性,通过分析得到待校核部件的固有频率和振型。本发明技术方案解决了针对直升机操纵装置的传统动特性分析方式,由于试验需要满足安装要求后才能开展动力学特性试验,并且试验过程较为繁琐,后期还需要数据分析,从而导致试验周期长、且试验人力及成本较高等问题。
