The limited tension type hydraulic jack senses the pressure of hydraulic oil through a pressure sensing valve arranged on the limited tension type hydraulic jack, and a limited pressure value is set. Tension force and shear force can be borne through deformation of the flexible large-deformation section rod body, the performance of the anchor rod is effectively improved, and the tension type hydraulic jack can be limited to ensure that the tension borne by the anchor rod is constant.
