The high-dispersion and strong low-temperature flexibility white carbon black for reinforcing the green tire is prepared. According to the prepared product, the number of hydroxyl groups on the surface of the white carbon black is reduced, the processability and the mechanical property of rubber are improved, and the low-temperature flexibility and the wet skid resistance of tread rubber are enhanced. 本发明属于白炭黑制备技术领域,公开了一种高分散白炭黑制备方法及在补强绿色轮胎中的应用。该方法是以沉淀法SiO2湿凝胶为原料,经苯基三甲氧基硅烷(PTMS)与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A171)在一定条件下协同改性,改性温度70‑90℃,改性时间为30‑150min,改性pH为2.5‑4.5,PTMS与A171质量比为5∶2,改性剂合量为SiO2湿凝胶总质量的3.5%‑17.5%,制备出补强绿色轮胎的高分散及强低温柔性白炭黑。本发明制得产品降低了白炭黑表面羟基数,提高了橡胶的加工性能和力学性能,增强了胎面胶的低温柔韧性和抗湿滑性能。本发明工艺简单,易实现产业化,具有良好的应用前景。
