The invention relates to the technical field of hydraulic control, in particular to a control valve group, a hydraulic system, a reach stacker and a boom telescopic control method. Wherein the control valve group comprises a first reversing valve and a second reversing valve, and the first reversing valve and the second reversing valve are matched to enable the boom of the reach stacker to be switched in different states. When the boom is in a load extending state, the first reversing valve is located at a first working position, the second reversing valve is located at the first working position, and meanwhile, a third working oil port of the first reversing valve is communicated with a second oil inlet of the second reversing valve; and hydraulic oil in the rod cavity can flow through the second reversing valve to flow back to the third pipeline through the first reversing valve. Through cooperation of the first reversing valve and the second reversing valve, hydraulic oil in the rod cavity can flow through the second reversing valve to flow back to the third pipeline through the first reversing valve, when the boom stretches out in a loaded mode, the oil supply flow of the oil pump is reduced, pipeline pressure loss is reduced, and working energy consumption is reduced.

    本申请涉及液压控制技术领域,具体涉及一种控制阀组、液压系统、正面吊及臂架伸缩控制方法。其中的控制阀组包括第一换向阀和第二换向阀,第一换向阀和第二换向阀配合能够使正面吊的臂架在不同状态切换。其中,在臂架空载伸出状态下,第一换向阀处于第一工作位置且第二换向阀处于第一工作位置,同时第一换向阀的第三工作油口和第二换向阀的第二进油口连通,以使有杆腔内的液压油能够通过第一换向阀流经第二换向阀回流至第三管路。本申请能够通过第一换向阀和第二换向阀配合,使有杆腔内的液压油能够通过第一换向阀流经第二换向阀回流至第三管路,在臂架空载伸出时,减小油泵供油流量以及减小管路压损,节省工作能耗。
