The invention provides a large and medium-sized horizontal hydro-generator stator overturning and hoisting device and method, and the device comprises at least two overturning supports which are fixed on the ground and are respectively hinged to the lower side of the right end of a stator; the at least two turning-over ground anchors are fixed on the ground, and the distance between the turning-over ground anchors and the right end face of the stator is larger than the diameter of the stator; the first connecting point is positioned on the upper side of the right end of the stator and is correspondingly matched with the turnover ground anchor; the first tension device is connected with the first connecting point and the corresponding turnover ground anchor so as to be used for pulling the stator to rotate along the turnover support; the second connecting point is located at the upper end of the stator, and the second tension device is connected with the second connecting point and the external hoisting device so that the external hoisting device and the stator can be in the stress state all the time. The stator overturning device has the advantages of being stable and safe in overturning process, high in overturning efficiency and not prone to damage stator components.

    本申请提供了一种大中型卧式水轮发电机定子翻身吊装装置及其方法,该装置包括:至少两个翻转支座,至少两个翻转支座均固定在地面上并分别与定子右端下侧铰接;至少两个翻身地锚,至少两个翻身地锚均固定在地面上,且翻身地锚与定子右端面之间的间距大于定子的直径;第一连接点,第一连接点位于定子右端上侧并与翻身地锚对应匹配;第一拉力装置,第一拉力装置分别连接第一连接点和对应翻身地锚以用于拉动定子沿翻转支座转动;第二连接点和第二拉力装置,第二连接点位于定子上端,第二拉力装置分别与第二连接点和外部吊装装置连接以使外部吊装装置与定子始终处于受力状态。本申请具有翻转过程平稳安全、翻转效率高和不易损坏定子部件的特点。
