The invention discloses a lifting device for electromechanical engineering construction, and relates to the technical field of construction lifting devices.The lifting device comprises a lifting frame and a hanging box, a lifting mechanism is arranged at the top of the hanging box, an energy storage mechanism is arranged in the lifting frame and comprises two transmission chains which are symmetrically arranged, and the bottoms of the two transmission chains are meshed with two chain wheels; the two chain wheels are connected through a brake shaft, a drum brake mechanism is arranged outside the brake shaft, and a pendulum bob mechanism for controlling the drum brake mechanism is arranged in the side wall, close to the wall body, of the lifting frame. According to the lifting mechanism, the load of the lifting mechanism can be reduced by arranging a balancing weight, braking can be conducted through a clamping plate by arranging a brake shaft, a supporting block and a transmission chain can be conveniently installed together by arranging a clamping plate, and power can be conveniently transmitted through the transmission chain; and descending of the supporting block can be stopped, and the hoisting mechanism is further prevented from stalling and falling.

    本发明公开了一种机电工程施工用升降装置,涉及施工升降装置技术领域,包括升降架和吊箱,吊箱的顶部设置有升降机构,所述升降架的内部设置有储能机构,储能机构包括对称设置的两个传动链,两个传动链的底部啮合有两个链轮,两个链轮之间通过刹车轴连接,所述刹车轴的外部设置有鼓刹机构,升降架靠近墙体的一侧壁内部设置有控制鼓刹机构的摆锤机构。本发明通过设置配重块,能够减少升降机构的载荷,通过设置刹车轴,能够利用夹紧板进行制动,通过设置卡接板,能够方便的将支撑块与传动链安装在一起,便于利用传动链传递动力,通过设置滑动柱的端部位于支撑块下方,能对支撑块的下降进行阻挡,进一步防止吊装机构失速坠落。
