The resistance brake assembly (170) is configured to be coupled to a first portion of the ball ramp mechanism (260). A primary brake assembly (172) is configured to be coupled to the actuator and a second portion of the ball ramp mechanism (260). A permission limited format damper assembly (174) is disposed between the drag brake assembly (170) and the main brake assembly (172). A permission limited format damper assembly (174) includes: an outer spacer ring (186) configured to be coupled to a drive shaft (162) of an actuator; an inner damping ring (198) coupled to the outer spacer ring (186) and the resistance brake assembly (170); and a first spring (230) disposed between the outer spacer ring (186) and the inner damping ring (198).
