The bottom of the top beam is provided with an arc-shaped structure used for being connected with an air bag, the end of the air bag is provided with an inflation device, wood beam supporting structures are evenly distributed on the top beam connecting beam, the wood beams are installed on the platform frame through the corresponding wood beam supporting structures, and the top beam, the top beam connecting beam and the wood beams are connected into a whole to form a wood plate bracket and mortise fixing points. A plurality of adjustable stand columns are installed on the platform frame, and the hoisting equipment can be a cantilever crane or a portal crane of a single-column and single-arm structure. The device can be well suitable for overwater hoisting operation in shallow water areas, and can be used for hydroelectric power generation hoisting or other adaptive occasions.
