The invention belongs to the technical field of automobile intelligent driving, and particularly relates to a vehicle control method, system and device based on a human-vehicle mixed flow road section and a medium. The vehicle control method based on the human-vehicle mixed flow road section comprises the steps that whether a current road section is the human-vehicle mixed flow road section or not is recognized; determining a specific scene type of the current pedestrian-vehicle mixed flow road section according to an identification result; adjusting the transverse position of the vehicle in the lane based on the determined specific scene type; and controlling the longitudinal driving speed of the vehicle according to the determined specific scene type and the states of the surrounding traffic participants.
