The invention provides a fault detection system and a vehicle. The fault detection system comprises a detection circuit, a logic gate circuit and a first control circuit. The detection circuit comprises a plurality of detection branches, and the detection branches output corresponding first detection signals based on the connection state of the low-voltage detection connector; the logic gate circuit receives the first detection signals from the plurality of detection branches and generates a second detection signal based on the plurality of first detection signals; the first control circuit determines the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop based on the second detection signal; and when the first control circuit determines that the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop is off based on the second detection signal, the first control circuit also determines the connection state of the plurality of low-voltage detection connectors based on the plurality of first detection signals. According to the system, the on-off state of the high-voltage interlocking loop can be determined based on the second detection signal, the fault position can be accurately known based on the first detection signal, the detection and troubleshooting efficiency is improved, and the detection reliability is high.
