The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a traffic flow data set; preprocessing the traffic flow data set to obtain a time sequence enhanced data set; a traffic flow prediction model integrated with at least one control function and a control differential equation solver is constructed based on the control differential equation, and the control differential equation solver is used for solving the state change of the time sequence enhancement data set in continuous time through the control differential equation and adjusting the state change through the control function; inputting the training set into a traffic flow prediction model to obtain a traffic flow prediction result; and generating a loss value from the traffic flow prediction result and the label value through a loss function of the traffic flow prediction model, and updating the traffic flow prediction model according to the loss value until convergence so as to obtain a trained traffic flow prediction model. According to the invention, the continuous change of the time sequence data can be captured more naturally, so that the traffic flow can be predicted more accurately.

    本发明提供一种交通流量预测方法、电子设备、存储介质及程序产品,通过获取交通流量数据集;对交通流量数据集进行预处理得到时间序列增强数据集;基于控制微分方程构建集成有至少一个控制函数和控制微分方程求解器的交通流量预测模型,控制微分方程求解器用于通过控制微分方程求解时间序列增强数据集在连续时间上的状态变化,并通过控制函数调节状态变化;将训练集输入至交通流量预测模型得到交通流量预测结果;将交通流量预测结果与标签值经由交通流量预测模型的损失函数生成损失值,根据损失值更新交通流量预测模型直至收敛,以得到训练好的交通流量预测模型。本发明能够更自然地捕捉到时间序列数据的连续变化,从而更精确地预测交通流量。
