The method comprises the following steps: a roadside shooting device collects a video image of a current detection vision field; after the video image is preprocessed, feature point extraction is carried out on the image, and a white line parking space area on the road surface is obtained; identifying vehicles on the video image, and simulating three-dimensional positions of all vehicles in a detection vision field; and judging whether the three-dimensional simulation vehicle violates rules or not, generating a virtual three-dimensional image, and performing violation punishment. According to the invention, the two-dimensional images collected by the roadside shooting devices are converted into the three-dimensional point cloud data, the three-dimensional point cloud data generated by the shooting devices are spliced, and illegal parking judgment is carried out on each three-dimensional simulation vehicle, so that the illegal parking detection efficiency and the evidence obtaining and investigation accuracy are improved.

    本发明公开了一种违章停车检测联动抓拍系统及方法,涉及图像识别技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:路边拍摄设备采集当前检测视域的视频图像;对视频图像进行预处理后,对图像进行特征点提取,获取路面上的白线停车位区域;对视频图像上车辆进行识别,模拟出所有车辆的在检测视域的三维位置;判断三维模拟车辆是否违章,生成虚拟三维图像,进行违章处罚。本发明通过将路边拍摄设备采集二维图像转换成三维点云数据,对各个拍摄设备生成的三维点云数据进行拼接,并对每个三维模拟车辆进行违章停车判断,提高违章停车检测效率和取证查处的准确性。
