The invention discloses satellite transfer equipment and an operation method thereof. The satellite transfer equipment comprises a transfer cart, a positioning device and a rocker arm type lifting device. The transfer cart is in butt joint with the table top of the positioning device. The rocker arm type lifting devices are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the table top. The transfer cart comprises a first conveying support and a second conveying support which are symmetrically arranged, the first conveying support and the second conveying support are connected through at least one connecting rod, and the upper end face and the edge of the upper end face are provided with a heavy-load roller set and a protection roller set respectively. The positioning device comprises a table board, positioning pins are symmetrically arranged on the table board, and a fixed fine adjustment device and a rotary fine adjustment device are further arranged on the table board; the rocker arm type lifting device comprises a lifting table board, universal balls which are evenly distributed at intervals are installed on the lifting table board, and at least one turbine lifter is arranged at the bottom of the lifting table board. According to the satellite transfer equipment, the problems of ground transfer and high-precision positioning installation of the satellite under the condition of no hoisting condition are solved, and the safety and the installation precision of the whole process are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种卫星转运设备及其操作方法,此卫星转运设备包含转运推车、定位装置、摇臂式升降装置;转运推车与定位装置的台面对接,摇臂式升降装置对称分布于台面的左右两侧;转运推车包含对称设置的第一传送支架和第二传送支架,第一和第二传送支架通过至少一个连杆连接,其上端面和上端面边缘分别设置有重载滚轮组和保护滚轮组;定位装置包含台面,台面上对称设置有定位销钉,还设置有固定微调装置和旋转微调装置;摇臂式升降装置包含升降台面,升降台面上安装有均匀间隔分布的万向球且底部设置有至少一个涡轮升降机。此卫星转运设备解决了无吊装条件时卫星的地面转运和高精度落位安装的问题,保障了整个流程的安全性和安装精度。
