The invention discloses a braking/steering redundancy control method and system based on a double-vector driving motor, and the method is applied to a three-in-one controller, and comprises the steps: responding to a driver braking/steering intention sent by a braking/steering ECU controller, judging whether a braking/steering system is abnormal or not, if yes, further judging the fault type, and if not, judging the fault type; and a braking/steering redundancy control strategy is determined according to the fault type, and braking/steering redundancy control is executed based on the braking/steering redundancy control strategy. When the vehicle runs and the braking system and/or the steering system cannot work normally, the driving motor and the controller of the driving motor can replace basic functions of the braking system and the steering system, it is guaranteed that the vehicle can run by a certain distance normally, and traffic accidents are avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于双矢量驱动电机的制动/转向冗余控制方法及系统,所述方法应用于三合一控制器,包括:响应于制动/转向ECU控制器发送的驾驶员制动/转向意图,判断制动/转向系统是否出现异常,若是,进一步判断故障类型,根据故障类型确定制动/转向冗余控制策略,并基于所述制动/转向冗余控制策略执行制动/转向冗余控制。本发明当车辆运行时,制动系统和/或转向系统功能不能正常工作时,驱动电机和其控制器能替代制动系统和转向系统基础功能,保证车辆能正常运行一定距离,避免交通事故。
