The invention belongs to the field of charging piles, and discloses an alternate charging type direct current charging pile system and a control method thereof.The system comprises a power unit, a centralized control unit, at least two sets of direct current contactors and at least two charging controllers; one end of the DC contactor is connected with the power unit, the other end of the DC contactor is connected with a vehicle battery, the state of the DC contactor is controlled by the charging controller, one group of communication ports of the charging controller are connected with a vehicle power battery management system, and the other group of communication ports are connected with the centralized control unit or the previous charging controller; the centralized control unit communicates with the charging controller, the power unit communicates with the charging controller, and the charging controller communicates with the vehicle power battery management system through a CAN bus, and when the multiple vehicle batteries need to be charged, the centralized control unit charges the multiple vehicle batteries in sequence according to a reservation sequence or charges the multiple vehicle batteries in turn within a fixed time; the technical problem that an existing charging pile is idle due to the fact that one charging gun can only charge one vehicle battery in a charging concentrated place is solved.

    本发明属于充电桩领域,公开了一种轮充式直流充电桩系统及其控制方法,该系统包括功率单元、集控单元、至少两组直流接触器和至少两个充电控制器;直流接触器一端与功率单元连接,另一端与车辆电池连接,直流接触器状态由充电控制器控制,充电控制器一组通信端口与车辆动力电池管理系统连接,另一组通信端口与集控单元或上一个充电控制器连接,集控单元与充电控制器、功率单元以及充电控制器与车辆动力电池管理系统均通过CAN总线进行通信,在多个车辆电池需要充电时、集控单元按照预约顺序依次为多个车辆电池充电或在固定时间内为多个车辆电池轮流进行充电,解决现有充电桩在充电集中场所一个充电枪只能给一个车辆电池充电使充电桩闲置的技术问题。
