    本发明公开了一种充电桩接口防护装置及其方法,属于充电桩技术领域,包括充电桩本体和充电枪本体,所述充电枪本体卡设在充电桩本体的接口内。本发明中,配重块在重力作用下驱动橡胶板向下移动,与此同时,回拉弹簧因受力变化而开始复位,其复位过程带动移动板进行同步移动,进而对橡胶板施加附加拉力,配重块与回拉弹簧的协同作用使橡胶板迅速完成复位动作,并以较高精度和效率恢复至原始遮挡位置,从而有效覆盖充电桩本体的接口区域,此设计通过机械结构的合理联动,实现了充电桩本体取出后的自动遮挡功能,在无须额外操作的情况下,大幅提升了接口的密封性和防护性能,能够有效避免灰尘进入接口的风险。
