The invention provides a cold start method and device for a fuel cell system, the fuel cell system and a vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: when the rotating speed of a hydrogen circulating pump is smaller than a preset rotating speed and the duration of the rotating speed smaller than the preset rotating speed is longer than a preset duration, determining a target heating temperature for heating a cooling liquid according to a current environment temperature, determining an optimal hydrogen pressure interval when the galvanic pile does not have a single low phenomenon according to the target heating temperature, determining a target valve opening and closing frequency with the shortest valve opening and closing frequency according to the target heating temperature and the optimal hydrogen pressure interval, heating the cooling liquid to the target heating temperature, and then controlling the galvanic pile to adopt an ejector mode to carry out loading, the valve frequency is adjusted according to the target valve opening and closing frequency until the current rotating speed of the hydrogen circulating pump is larger than or equal to the preset rotating speed. According to the method, the problem that the hydrogen pump is frozen after cold start of the fuel cell system is effectively avoided, and the system cold start success and the working efficiency and service life requirements of the system under all working conditions are ensured.

    本申请提供了燃料电池系统的冷启动方法、装置、燃料电池系统及车辆,方法包括:在氢气循环泵的转速小于预设转速且转速小于预设转速的持续时长大于预设时长时,根据当前环境温度确定加热冷却液用时最短的目标加热温度,并根据目标加热温度确定电堆不发生单低现象时的最优氢气压力区间,根据目标加热温度和最优氢气压力区间确定阀门开闭频率最短的目标阀门开闭频率,将冷却液进行加热至目标加热温度后,控制电堆采用引射器模式进行拉载,并按照目标阀门开闭频率调节阀门频率,直至氢气循环泵的当前转速大于或等于预设转速。该方法有效避免因燃料电池系统冷启动后出现的氢泵结冰的问题,保证全工况下系统冷启动成功以及系统的工作效率和寿命要求。
