The invention discloses a control method for safe start verification and diagnosis of an MCU (Microprogrammed Control Unit) controller. The control method comprises the following steps: 1) presetting parameters S1, S2 and S3 stored in an NVM (Non-Volatile Memory); 2) predefining parameters X1, X2 and X3 which can be accessed through a data reading 22 service of the UDS; (3) all the starting codes are verified; (4) checking all codes of the boot loader; 5) verifying the application program code by adopting a random segmentation extraction mode; (6) all the calibration program codes are verified, and if verification fails, failure logs are stored in preset S1, S2 and S3; and if the verification is successful, the MCU is started successfully. The MCU control unit is adopted to carry out verification and diagnosis control design on the starting code, the boot loader code, the application program code and the calibration program code, so that safe starting of the MCU of the whole vehicle can be ensured, and accurate diagnosis information can be provided for after-sales maintenance of the whole vehicle.

    本发明公开了MCU控制器安全启动校验及诊断的控制方法,包括:1)预设存入NVM的参数S1、S2、S3。2)预定义可通过UDS的读取数据22服务能访问的参数X1、X2、X3;3)对启动代码全部进行校验;4)对引导加载程序代码全部进行校验;5)对应用程序代码采用随机分段抽取方式进行校验;6)对标定程序代码全部进行校验,如果校验失败,将失败日志存入预先设置的S1、S2、S3中;如果校验成功,MCU启动成功。本发明通过采用MCU控制单元对启动代码、引导加载程序代码、应用程序代码、标定程序代码进行校验和诊断控制设计,即可以保证整车MCU控制器安全启动,又能给整车售后维修提供准确的诊断信息。
