The invention discloses a new energy ship pipeline fixing support and a fixing method thereof, and relates to the technical field of pipeline fixing.The new energy ship pipeline fixing support comprises a U-shaped transverse plate, a plurality of translation plates are arranged in an opening of the U-shaped transverse plate, an arc-shaped supporting plate is arranged above the translation plates, and a pair of arc-shaped clamping grooves are formed in the two sides of the bottom face of the arc-shaped supporting plate; a pair of arc-shaped sliding plates are clamped in the pair of arc-shaped clamping grooves in a sliding mode, an arc-shaped clamping plate is fixedly arranged at the top end of each arc-shaped sliding plate, and the arc-shaped supporting plate and the pair of arc-shaped clamping plates form an annular clamping cavity; and a pipeline is placed above the U-shaped transverse plate and is inserted into the annular clamping cavities in a penetrating manner. By means of the annular clamping cavity, the pipeline can be evenly stressed in all radial directions in the circumferential direction, and three-dimensional stress balance is achieved; the distance between the translation plates is adjusted according to the length of the pipeline, the clamping force can be evenly distributed in the length direction of the pipeline, and the translation plates and the clamping force jointly ensure that the pipeline can be stably clamped in all directions.

    本发明公开了一种新能源船舶管道固定支架及其固定方法,涉及管道固定技术领域,包括U型横板,U型横板的开口内设有若干平移板,平移板的上方设有弧形托板,弧形托板的底面两侧开设有一对弧形卡槽,一对弧形卡槽的内部滑动卡合有一对弧形滑板,每块弧形滑板的顶端部均固设有弧形夹板,且弧形托板与一对弧形夹板形成环形夹持空腔;U型横板的上方放置有管道,管道贯穿插设在若干环形夹持空腔。本发明环形夹持空腔能从圆周方向使管道在径向各方向受力均匀,实现三维受力平衡;平移板根据管道长度调整间距也能让夹持力在管道长度方向均匀分布,二者共同确保管道在各个方向都能稳定被夹持。
