The invention discloses high-strength steel for a hull structure as well as a preparation process and application of the high-strength steel. The Cu-containing marine HSLA steel with high strength and excellent toughness is designed and manufactured by adopting a Fe-Si-Ti system through a Heusler phase precipitation strengthening theory, and the method comprises the following steps: firstly, screening hundreds of thousands of combinations in an HSLA-115 combination space, and determining a sample component S1 by using an ICM framework based on CALPHAD thermodynamics and high-throughput calculation; and then, accurately weighing high-purity elements, casting button ingots by using an electric arc melting furnace in vacuum and argon environments, re-melting to ensure that the components are uniform, and finally, carrying out homogenization treatment and aging treatment. A Heusler precipitated phase is generated in the prepared high-strength steel, so that the Cu-containing marine HSLA steel is effectively strengthened, the Cu-containing marine HSLA steel has the characteristics of high strength and high toughness, meanwhile, the preparation period is short, the cost is low, and conversion and application of the high-strength and high-toughness steel in the next-generation ship structure and transportation scale design are promoted.

    本发明公开了一种面向船体结构用高强钢及其制备工艺和应用。本发明采用Fe‑Si‑Ti体系通过Heusler相沉淀强化理论设计制造高强度、韧性优异的含Cu船用HSLA钢:首先,在HSLA‑115组合空间中筛选十万个组合,并使用基于CALPHAD热力学的ICM框架和高通量计算确定样本成分S1。然后,精确称量高纯度元素,并在真空和氩气环境下使用电弧熔炼炉铸造纽扣锭,重新熔化以确保成分均匀,最后进行均质化处理和时效处理。制备所得高强钢中产生Heusler沉淀相使含Cu船用HSLA钢得到有效强化,具有高强度和高韧性的特点,同时制备周期短,成本低,推动高强韧性钢铁在下一代船舶结构和运输规模设计的转化和应用。
