The invention belongs to the technical field of natural rubber processing and application, and particularly relates to a natural rubber solidification system, natural rubber and a preparation method and application thereof. The natural rubber solidification system provided by the invention comprises choline compounds and organic acid, the mass ratio of the choline compound to the organic acid is (0.1-0.2): (0.1-0.2). The natural rubber solidification system provided by the invention is applied to preparation of natural rubber, and the molecular structure of rubber hydrocarbon can be prevented from being damaged, so that the strength of the natural rubber (also known as raw rubber) can be greatly improved, the deflection resistance and aging resistance of the natural rubber are improved, and the shelf life of the natural rubber and the service life of a tire are prolonged.

    本发明属于天然橡胶加工及应用技术领域,具体涉及一种天然橡胶凝固体系、一种天然橡胶及其制备方法和应用。本发明提供的天然橡胶凝固体系,包括胆碱类化合物和有机酸;所述胆碱类化合物和有机酸的质量比为(0.1~0.2):(0.1~0.2)。本发明提供的天然橡胶凝固体系应用于天然橡胶的制备,能够保持橡胶烃的分子结构不被破坏,从而能够大大提高天然橡胶(又称为生胶)的强度,同时提高了天然橡胶的耐曲挠和耐老化性能,延长了天然橡胶的保质期和轮胎的使用寿命。
