The fixing and supporting effect on the position of the air bag is achieved through abutting of the abutting ring and the air bag, the control effect on the action volume of the sealing ring is achieved under access connection of the air bag and the sealing ring, the sealing effect is achieved when the charging head and the charging pile are connected in an inserted mode, and the elastic rotating effect of the rotating ring on the charging head is achieved under the action of the fixing spring; and the convenience of mounting and replacing the sealing ring on the charging head is improved.
