The invention provides a tire state determination method and device, a vehicle and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and the method comprises the steps that for each tire state sensor of the vehicle, the matching degree of the tire state sensor and each wheel is obtained, and each wheel is provided with the tire state sensor; based on the matching degree of the tire state sensor and each wheel, predicting a candidate wheel corresponding to the tire state sensor, and determining the matching confidence degree of the tire state sensor and the candidate wheel; determining a target wheel corresponding to each tire state sensor based on the confidence degree of matching between each tire state sensor and the corresponding candidate wheel; and determining the tire state information collected by the tire state sensor as the tire state information of the target wheel. By means of the scheme, in the wheel self-positioning process, confidence judgment is added, the wheel self-positioning accuracy is improved, and the situation that due to inaccurate wheel self-positioning, tire state information is inaccurate is prevented.
