The controller controls the first switching module to switch a first connection mode between the multi-stage filter circuit and the external device based on the current external device, and controls the second switching module to switch a second connection mode between the multi-stage filter circuit and the power factor correction circuit. The multi-stage filter circuit is matched with the power factor correction circuit to be switched to a corresponding working mode to work, so that alternating current of a specific type is efficiently transmitted, and the multi-stage filter circuit is compatible with a charging function and a reverse discharging function through any one of single-phase alternating current, two-phase alternating current and three-phase alternating current. And different power grid structures adopted by customers in different regions can be coped with, meanwhile, the electricity utilization safety is ensured, and dangerous accidents caused by excessive electric energy stored in the circuit are avoided.
