The invention discloses a traffic flow prediction method and system based on a self-attention mechanism, and the method comprises the steps: collecting historical traffic information of a target monitoring region, building a spatial self-attention model, and carrying out the processing of the historical traffic information, and obtaining the spatial feature information of a road; establishing an event transfer time delay perception model, and performing feature conversion and clustering analysis on the historical traffic information to obtain time delay feature information; establishing a time self-attention model to process the historical traffic information to obtain dynamic time mode feature information; combining the spatial feature information, the time delay feature information and the dynamic time mode feature information, and constructing a comprehensive prediction model by applying a self-attention mechanism; and performing performance evaluation and parameter adjustment on the comprehensive prediction model to obtain a standard prediction model, and predicting the future traffic flow by using the standard prediction model. Accurate prediction of the future traffic flow is realized, and the traffic jam can be relieved and the traffic efficiency can be improved.

    本申请公开了一种基于自注意力机制的交通流量预测方法及系统,该方法包括:收集目标监测区域的历史交通信息,建立空间自关注模型对历史交通信息进行处理,得到道路的空间特征信息;建立事件传递时延感知模型,对历史交通信息进行特征转换和聚类分析,得到时间延迟特征信息;建立时间自关注模型对历史交通信息进行处理,得到动态时间模式特征信息;结合空间特征信息、时间延迟特征信息和动态时间模式特征信息,应用自注意力机制,构建综合预测模型;对综合预测模型进行性能评估和参数调整,得到标准预测模型,利用标准预测模型对未来交通流量进行预测。实现对未来交通流量的精准预测,有助于缓解交通拥堵和提升交通效率。
