Compared with a traditional calculation method, the method not only can calculate the cabin pressure and the pressure change rate in the normal flight process of the aircraft, but also can theoretically calculate the transient pressure and the pressure change rate of the cabin under the special conditions that the ventilation flow of the cabin is suddenly changed, the adjustment of a cabin pressure adjusting system fails and the like in the flight process of the aircraft. And comparing a calculation result with industrial standard requirements to judge whether component design and control logic formulation of the cabin pressure control system are reasonable or not and whether fault positioning is accurate or not. And compared with verification by developing a prototype, establishing a simulation cabin, simulating an atmosphere cabin and the like, the development period is greatly shortened, and the verification cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及航空座舱环境控制领域,基于飞机座舱压力动态变化过程,通过建立飞机座舱、供气、排气、大气高度等模块的数学计算模型,提出一种飞机座舱压力动态变化计算方法。相比传统计算方法,不仅可计算飞机正常飞行过程中的座舱压力及压力变化率,还尤其是针对飞机飞行过程中座舱通气流量突变、座舱压力调节系统调节失效等特殊情况下座舱瞬态压力及压力变化率的理论计算,通过计算结果与行业标准要求对比,判断座舱压力控制系统部件设计、控制逻辑制定是否合理,故障定位是否准确。相比通过研制样机,建立模拟座舱、模拟大气舱等进行验证,大大缩短研制周期和降低验证成本。
