The invention relates to a large-storey-height ALC wall, a construction device and a construction method thereof. The large-floor-height ALC wall body comprises a frame keel supporting system and autoclaved aerated concrete battens. The frame keel supporting system is fixedly connected with the concrete frame structure, and the frame keel supporting system divides a structure plane into a plurality of secondary structure unit planes arranged in a matrix mode. The autoclaved aerated concrete battens are vertically arranged, the autoclaved aerated concrete battens are spliced and fixed to the secondary structure unit plane, and the autoclaved aerated concrete battens are fixedly connected with the frame keel supporting system and the concrete frame structure. In the application, the large-floor high autoclaved aerated concrete wall body is divided into a plurality of secondary structure unit planes through the frame keel supporting system, so that the height of a single autoclaved aerated concrete batten is reduced, and the construction efficiency and the construction quality of the autoclaved aerated concrete wall body are improved.

    本申请涉及一种大层高ALC墙体、施工装置及其施工方法;大层高ALC墙体包括框架龙骨支撑体系和蒸压加气混凝土条板;框架龙骨支撑体系与混凝土框架结构固定连接,框架龙骨支撑体系将结构平面分隔成若干个矩阵设置的二次结构单元平面;蒸压加气混凝土条板设有若干个,蒸压加气混凝土条板竖向设置,若干个蒸压加气混凝土条板拼接固定于二次结构单元平面,且蒸压加气混凝土条板与框架龙骨支撑体系、混凝土框架结构固定连接。在本申请中,通过框架龙骨支撑体系将大层高蒸压加气混凝土墙体划分成若干个二次结构单元平面,从而降低单块蒸压加气混凝土条板高度,以提高蒸压加气混凝土墙体的施工效率和施工质量。
