The invention relates to the technical field of automatic positioning, in particular to an automatic positioning system for hoisting. A lifting frame; the positioning mechanism is used for determining the moving path of the lifting hook, calculating the lifting moving path according to the space coordinates of the to-be-placed area detected by the laser emitting element, and adjusting the shape of the lifting frame so as to adjust the position of the lifting hook; when the lifting hook reaches the end point of the lifting movement path, the positioning accuracy is judged not to meet the requirement according to the laser reflectivity of the laser emitting element, and according to the detection results of the laser emitting element at different positions on the positioning sliding rail, secondary calibration is carried out on the space coordinates of the to-be-placed area; and the fine adjustment mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the lifting hook when the lifting piece is close to the to-be-placed area, and is also used for adjusting the position of the lifting hook on the adjusting slide rail according to the inclination angle of the lifting piece. The lifting work efficiency and the accuracy of the positioning system are improved.

    本发明涉及自动定位技术领域,尤其涉及一种吊装自动定位系统,包括:吊钩;吊装架;定位机构,用以确定吊钩移动路径,还用以根据所述激光发射元件探测到的待放区域的空间坐标计算吊装移动路径,并调节吊装架形态以调节吊钩位置,在吊钩达到吊装移动路径终点时根据激光发射元件的激光反射率判定定位准确性不符合要求时根据激光发射元件在定位滑轨上的不同位置的探测结果对所述待放区域的空间坐标进行二次校准;微调机构,用以在吊装件临近所述待放区域时对吊钩位置进行调节,还用以根据吊装件倾斜角度调节吊钩在调节滑轨的位置。本发明实现了提高吊装工作效率和定位系统的准确性。
