The invention discloses a vacuum pump control system and method and an automobile, and belongs to the technical field of automobile control. The method comprises the steps that a vehicle control unit judges whether the absolute value of the internal pressure of a vacuum pump is smaller than a first threshold value or not, if yes, whether the vacuum pump is started or not is judged, and if not, the vacuum pump is controlled to be started; starting a timer to accumulatively record the working time of the vacuum pump; when the vacuum pump works for first preset time, judging whether the absolute value of the internal pressure of the vacuum pump is greater than a second threshold, if not, judging whether the absolute value of the internal pressure of the vacuum pump is not less than the first threshold when the vacuum pump works for second preset time, and if so, judging whether the absolute value of the internal pressure of the vacuum pump works for third preset time; whether the absolute value of the internal pressure of the vacuum pump is smaller than a first threshold value or not is judged, and if yes, the vehicle control unit controls the vacuum pump to be closed and inputs vacuum pump constant rotation fault information to the automobile instrument module. The purposes of reducing cost and increasing efficiency can be achieved on the basis that the functions of the whole vehicle are guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种真空泵控制系统、控制方法及汽车,属于汽车控制技术领域,所述方法包括:整车控制器判断真空泵内部压力绝对值是否小于第一阈值,若是,则判断真空泵是否开启,若未开启,则控制开启真空泵,并启动定时器累计记录真空泵的工作时间;真空泵工作第一预设时间时,判断真空泵内部压力绝对值是否大于第二阈值,若不大于,则真空泵工作第二预设时间时,判断真空泵内部压力绝对值是否不小于第一阈值,若小于,则真空泵工作第三预设时间时,判断真空泵内部压力绝对值是否小于第一阈值,若小于,则整车控制器控制关闭真空泵,并输入真空泵常转故障的信息至汽车仪表模块。本发明能够在保证整车功能的基础上实现降本增效的目的。
