The invention discloses a fault diagnosis and control method for a vacuum boosting system of a new energy automobile, and belongs to the field of new energy automobiles. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the vacuum degree of a current vacuum tank through a vacuum tank pressure sensor; the current external environment atmospheric pressure is obtained through an external atmospheric pressure sensor, and opening and closing threshold values of the vacuum pump under the two conditions of the plain and the plateau are formulated according to the current external environment atmospheric pressure; starting fault diagnosis of the vacuum boosting system; and controlling the vacuum pump to enter a corresponding working mode according to a fault diagnosis result. The fault diagnosis of the vacuum boosting system is realized, the regional influence is overcome, the control of the vacuum pump is realized, and the driving feeling and the driving safety are improved.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车真空助力系统的故障诊断及控制方法,属于新能源汽车领域。所述方法包括:通过真空罐压力传感器获取当前真空罐的真空度;通过外界大气压力传感器获取当前的外界环境大气压,并以此制定真空泵在平原和高原两种情况下的开启和关闭阈值;真空助力系统开启故障诊断;根据故障诊断结果,真空泵的控制进入对应的工作模式。本发明实现了真空助力系统的故障诊断同时克服地域的影响实现了对真空泵的控制,提高了驾乘感受和驾驶安全。
