The invention provides an air conditioning system, a dehumidification method and a drying device which are used for reducing the energy consumption of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner so as to improve the energy efficiency of a vehicle. The air conditioning system comprises a controller, a drying device and an air conditioner. Wherein a containing cavity formed by a shell of the drying device is filled with a drying agent; the controller can be used for judging whether the drying agent is saturated or not when the vehicle meets the dehumidification condition; the controller can control the opening and closing structure of the drying device to be opened when the drying agent is not saturated, so that the drying agent absorbs moisture in the air in the automobile; and controlling the air conditioner to heat and dehumidify the air in the vehicle.
