The elevator power generation braking intelligent device comprises an excitation module and a power load module. The master control circuit is used for controlling the access switch group to access the excitation module and the power load module to the three-phase asynchronous motor when the out-of-control state of the elevator is monitored, and the excitation module provides excitation current for the three-phase asynchronous motor; a rotor of the three-phase asynchronous motor rotates due to out-of-control of the elevator, and the three-phase asynchronous motor enters a power generation state and outputs electric energy outwards; the electric load module consumes electric energy and generates braking torque for the out-of-control elevator. According to the principle of asynchronous power generation of the three-phase asynchronous motor, the rotating speed of the motor is limited by controlling the output electric energy consumption of the motor, and a novel elevator braking mode is provided.

    本发明涉及高端装备制造业中的工业自动控制系统装置制造、智能基础通用设备、AI+建筑等领域,尤其涉及一种电梯发电制动智能化装置,包括其的曳引驱动电梯。本发明电梯发电制动智能化装置包括:励磁模块和电力负载模块;主控电路,用于在监测到电梯失控状态时,控制接入开关组将励磁模块和电力负载模块两者接入三相异步电动机,励磁模块为三相异步电动机提供励磁电流;三相异步电动机的转子由于电梯失控产生转动,三相异步电动机进入发电状态,向外输出电能;电力负载模块消耗电能,对失控电梯产生制动转矩。本发明利用三相异步电动机异步发电的原理,通过对电动机输出电能消耗的控制来限制电动机的转速,提供了一种新颖的电梯制动方式。
