The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and particularly relates to a traffic prediction system based on a historical track set. The method comprises the following steps of: collecting track data generated when a vehicle runs on a road network by using navigation positioning equipment, and constructing a hypergraph attention model based on a historical track set; the model is used for capturing space-time related characteristics on the hypergraph structure and the road network, so that the driving speed change of different roads in the future road network is accurately predicted; the system comprises a trajectory set feature extraction and enhancement module, a trajectory set hypergraph construction module, a hypergraph attention model module and a traffic prediction layer module. According to the method, heterogeneous and complex traffic semantic information is integrated by means of various space-time attention mechanisms; and meanwhile, a feature conversion relation between the road map and the track set hypergraph is established, so that features of a hypergraph space and a road network space are efficiently exchanged, and the future traffic speed is accurately predicted.

    本发明属于智能交通技术领域,具体为一种基于历史轨迹集合的交通预测系统。本发明使用导航定位设备收集车辆在路网上行驶产生的轨迹数据,并构建基于历史轨迹集合的超图注意力模型;利用该模型在超图结构以及道路网络上捕捉时空相关的特征,从而准确预测未来路网中不同道路的行驶速度变化;系统包括轨迹集合特征提取和增强模块,轨迹集合超图构建模块,超图注意力模型模块,交通预测层模块;本发明借助多种时空注意力机制,整合异构以及复杂的交通语义信息;同时,建立道路图和轨迹集合超图之间的特征转换关系,让超图空间和道路网络空间的特征得以高效地交换,准确地对未来交通速度进行预测。
