According to the method, the power of the target device is adjusted through masking effect analysis, the power of the target device can be continuously adjusted according to the change of the environmental noise, the influence of the noise emitted by the target device on a driver and passengers is reduced, and meanwhile, due to the fact that the adjustment of the power of the target device is carried out based on the actual situation, the driving safety is improved. Energy distribution can be more flexible, and excessive energy loss is avoided.
