The invention discloses a battery anti-overcharge method based on an extended-range heavy truck, a controller and a medium, and is applied to the field of vehicle engineering.According to the method, when an extended-range electric vehicle is in a driving motor electric brake feedback state, the maximum rechargeable power of the current vehicle is compared with a first threshold value; controlling the range extender to return to the idling working condition from the power generation working condition based on the comparison result; or controlling the range extender to continuously work at the current power; or the sum of the generated power of the range extender and the generated power of the driving motor is controlled to be reduced to the maximum recharging power of the vehicle. The state of the current vehicle driving motor is detected in real time, and the generated power of the range extender is adjusted, so that the sum of the generated power of the range extender and the generated power of the driving motor is not larger than the maximum rechargeable power of the vehicle; on the basis that the manufacturing cost of the whole vehicle is not increased, the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced, and the battery is effectively prevented from being overcharged.

    本申请公开了一种基于增程式重卡的电池防过充方法、控制器及介质,应用于车辆工程领域,本申请中当增程式电动车辆处于驱动电机电制动回馈状态时,比较当前车辆最大可回充功率与第一阈值的大小关系,基于比较结果控制增程器从发电工况返回怠速工况;或控制增程器继续工作在当前功率;或控制增程器发电功率与驱动电机发电功率总和降至车辆最大可回充功率。本申请通过实时检测当前车辆驱动电机的状态,调整增程器发电功率使增程器发电功率与驱动电机发电功率总和不大于车辆最大可回充功率,相较于增加电池电芯和降低电制动回馈占比的情况,本申请在不提高整车造价成本的基础上降低了整车能耗且有效了防止电池过充。
